It’s So Easy
Now days it is to hate the world
Or blame someone else
For whatever goes wrong
Or the loss of your loved one
We can always find
So lame excuse
To point to something else
Other then try to find
The strength to look
Ourselves in the eye
Then say the words
Of truth to oneself
We know from the start
Things could not always workout
Just as we would have liked
To be that one to hold
Your head up high
Say yes my loved one
Lost their life
Standing up for our way of life
Or saying yes I was the one
To make the stand
To tell you were wrong
For that is not what
Our country is to be
You see I do believe
We are to fight to keep
Our way of life free
This is not the easy way
I do believe
